The QuEChERS sample preparation method is used to extract pesticides and organic contaminants from food matrices with subsequent analysis by GC or LC-MS. This µSPE capability, which is available for the Thermo Scientific™ TriPlus™ RSH Autosampler and LC systems.

µSPE for TriPlus RSH Gas Chromatography Autosampler
Enhancing the automated workflow capability of the TriPlus RSH, the µSPE Cleanup Tool for QuEChERS extracts for the TriPlus RSH Autosampler provides today’s routine laboratories with the productivity they need to succeed. Unlike classic vacuum manifold based SPE, the flow rates applied to the µSPE cartridge can be precisely controlled with a liquid syringe on the TriPlus RSH GC Atosampler, assuring optimum recovery. Low flow rates of ∼2 µL/s in the load and elution steps are used for sharp analyte/matrix separation.
