Detect a broader range of analytes by extending the emission wavelength range of your Thermo Scientific™ Vanquish™ or UltiMate™ 3000 Fluorescence Detectors (FLD) to 900nm. The Thermo Scientific™ Optical Detector Upgrade to Dual-PMT equips fluorescent detectors with a second PMT enabling detection in the near infrared region (up to 900nm). Depending on the PMT setting, the instrument selects the suitable PMT for each measurement, or you can manually select which PMT to use. For emission scans, you can scan with both PMTs simultaneously.
