MaxArray Breast Receptor Control Cell Block⁄Slides are formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded using standard fixation methods. The MaxArray Breast Receptor Control Cell Block⁄Slides contains 4 cores: a negative control cell line, ER positive cell line, PR positive cell line and a cell line with HER2 overexpression. The cell lines will positively react to IHC staining of estrogen receptor, progesterone receptor and HER2 antibodies. The small surface area of the control block is advantageous as it allows side-by-side analysis of the tissue specimen and the control cell lines. For your convenience, the MaxArray Breast Receptor Control Cell Slides provide on slide control array staining which documents the staining pattern of your tissue sample for future reference. The MaxArray Breast Receptor Control Cell Block is ready to slice and use on regular microscope slides.
