The Thermo Scientific™ MarqMetrix™ FlowCell™ Sampling Optic is intended for challenging process flow-through applications. The unibody design places the patented BallProbe™ spherical optic directly in the flow path, minimizing dead volume and sample handling requirements while fully utilizing optical efficiencies.
The MarqMetrix FlowCell Sampling Optic is designed for easy integration into continuous flow applications. Plumbing connections are made with standard 1/8 in. tube fitting connectors (e.g., Swagelok, Parker A-lok, Hoke, etc.). Each MarqMetrix FlowCell Sampling Optic is pressure tested so that you can quickly and confidently integrate robust Raman measurements into your continuous flow process.

Pressured Design Condition
- 200 μL flow path volume
- BallProbe + FlowCell assembly individually pressure tested to 4000 psi (BallProbe pressure design condition is 6000 psi)
- BallProbe with Process seal (gold) can be mated and de-mated with FlowCell Block via tapered metal-to-metal seal, allowing access to the measurement beam and the ability to make immersion and flow measurements with single BallProbe
