GFP BrightComp eBeads provide a consistent, accurate and simple-to-use technique for setting flow cytometry compensation when using GFP-expressing samples. The single-color stained beads are excited by a blue (488 nm) laser.

Accurate compensation is crucial for effective multicolor analysis in flow cytometry. Each kit provides polystyrene microspheres with near-identical, spectrally-matched GFP dye as well as negative control beads in a single dropper bottle.

Note: GFP BrightComp eBeads will work for other forms of GFP such as AcGFP due to the near identical excitation/emission spectra. Slight manual adjustment may be required.
