What is the difference between Goat anti-Mouse IgG (H+L) Cross-Adsorbed Secondary Antibody, Alexa Fluor 488 (Cat. No. A11001) and Goat anti-Mouse IgG (H+L) Highly Cross-Adsorbed Secondary Antibody, Alexa Fluor 488 (Cat. No. A11029)?

The difference between the highly cross adsorbed and cross adsorbed antibodies is the amount of different IgG of different species the antibodies have been allowed to react with during the purification phase in order to reduce the chance of cross reactivity of the antibody. In this case the cross adsorbed has been reacted with the human IgG and human serum prior to conjugation, whereas the highly cross adsorbed against the bovine IgG, goat IgG, rabbit IgG, rat IgG, human IgG and human serum. This results in less non‐specific staining.
