Description

It is used to detect/evaluate functionality of amino peptidases. The compound is used in an ELISA assay to detect biological functionality of chicken amino peptidase produced by E. coli. It is also employed to characterize the native IRAP (placental leucine amino peptidase). Leu-pNA, Chromogenic Substrate is documented for use with pure samples as well as cell extracts in vitro.
