Terrific Broth Recipe
Terrific Broth is a nutritionally rich bacterial media for higher density growth and maintenance of recombinant Escherichia coli (E. coli) strains.

Formulation per One Liter:
11.8 g   Tryptone
23.6 g   Yeast extract
9.4 g   Dipotassium hydrogen phosphate
2.2 g   Potassium dihydrogen phosphate
4 mL   Glycerol (0.4%)
