Beschreibung

3-Fluoroaniline is used in the preparation of acetic acid-(3-fluoro-anilide by reacting with acetic acid anhydride. Further, it serves as a reagent in the preparation of radamide analogs as Grp94 inhibitors, which has potential to be antitumor agents.

Anwendungen
3-Fluoranilin wird bei der Herstellung von Essigsäure-(3-fluoranilid durch Reaktion mit Essigsäureanhydrid verwendet. Darüber hinaus dient es als Reagenz bei der Herstellung von Radamid-Analoga als Grp94-Inhibitoren, die potenzielle Krebsmedikamente sind.

Löslichkeit
Mischbar mit Ethanol und Ethylether. Leicht mischbar mit Chloroform und Wasser.

Hinweise
Inkompatibel mit starken Säuren, sauren Chloriden, sauren Anhydriden, Chloroformatten und starken Oxidationsmitteln.
