Applications
6-Acetyl-1,2,3,4-tetrahydronaphthalene, is used asa novel methyl anthranilate yet extremely stable and resistant to discoloration. It is used in liquid detergent, concentrated fabric softner, alcoholic fine fragrances, antiperspirants. It is also used as a pharmaceutical intermediate.

Slightly soluble in water.

Store in cool place. Keep container tightly closed in a dry and well-ventilated place. Recommended storage temperature: 2 - 8°C. Product is sensitive to light and moisture. Handle and store under inert gas. Keep away from strong oxidizing agents.
