el ácido 3,5-dinitrobenzoico se utiliza como reactivo en la derivación de resinas y la determinación de ampicilina.

Solubilidad
es soluble en etanol (50 mg/ml), metanol, alcohol (mucho) y ácido acético glacial (mucho). Insoluble en agua.
