Qualification Services for the Ion PGM Dx System are designed to help balance business and laboratory requirements and help you comply with global standards, country-specific regulations, and other laboratory site requirements.

Verify instrument performance and minimize downtime with preventive planned maintenance plus OQ/PQ services
Regular planned maintenance (PM) preventive care plus operational qualification (OQ) and performance qualification (PQ) are recommended to maintain a qualified Ion PGM Dx System. Whether part of a scheduled yearly PM or an additional site requirement, our factory-trained and experienced engineers will verify, inspect, calibrate, clean, and conduct OQ/PQ to ensure your instruments are operating and performing to manufacturer’s specifications. All services are supplied with audit-ready documentation to help move you into production faster.

When is PM plus OQ/PQ recommended?
• As part of yearly maintenance
• As needed based on additional site requirements

When is additional OQ/PQ recommended?
• After major repair
• After additions, changes, or upgrades to the system
• For a scheduled OQ site requirement
