Recommendations
This KSR2 recombinant human protein (554–end) was expressed in insect cells. KSR2 serine/threonine kinase or kinase suppressor of Ras 2 specifically regulates the activity of MEKK3 and COT but not other members of the MAP3K family. KSR interacts with a regulatory Raf molecule in cis to induce a conformational switch of MEK, facilitating MEK's phosphorylation by a separate catalytic Raf molecule in trans.
