The Torrent Storage™ NAS Device provides network-attached storage (NAS) for Ion Torrent™ sequencing runs and increases available storage space on your Torrent Server. The NAS Device connects to the Torrent Server directly or through your local network. Torrent Storage NAS devices are installed by one of our field service engineers.

Onsite installation and configuration
After the NAS Device is ordered, it is installed locally by a field service engineer to ensure proper configuration.
Direct file export from Torrent Suite Software
Files generated from an Ion instrument are saved on the Torrent Server and can be transferred directly to the NAS Device via the Torrent Suite™ software interface. After transfer of the data, the files are available for re-analysis or archiving.
