AAV-MAX pAAV-Rep2Cap2 Vector

AAV-MAX pAAV-Rep2Cap2 Vector is one of the three plasmids included in the AAV-MAX Control Plasmids kit (Cat. No. A47672), made available here separately. These three plasmids can be used together to produce adeno-associated virus serotype 2 (AAV2)−expressing GFP and consist of pAAV-CMV-emGFP, a transfer plasmid, pAAV-Rep2Cap2, a Rep/Cap plasmid, and pHelper, a helper plasmid. They must be used with a HEK293 cell line that stably expresses the adenovirus E1 gene. Offering the plasmids as standalone products provides users with flexibility to optimize plasmid ratios as desired.
