The AccelerOme Label-Free MS Sample Prep Kit contains pre-formulated buffers, MS-grade trypsin/Lys-C enzyme mix, and peptide clean up cartridges for the processing of samples from protein lysis and digestion through peptide clean-up. The single-use components are conveniently provided in labeled trays for direct placement on the AccelerOme system. A peptide retention time calibration standard is also included with the kit (shipped separately) that can be spiked into the sample before LC-MS analysis to assess system performance. This kit provides a complete reagent solution for automated sample preparation using proteins, plasma, cells, and tissue to produce high quality, MS-ready peptides.
