The pre- and post-run read steps for setting up and running the real-time PCR plates using the protocol in the User Guide for TaqPath BactoPure Microbial Detection Master Mix (Cat. Nos. A52699, A52700, A53701, A52702) are not required. However, the pre-read and post-read steps listed in the table for setting up and running the plate (pg. 12) can be used to normalize data collected. TaqPath BactoPure Microbial Detection Master Mix is compatible with most TaqMan qPCR protocols.
