AccelerOme™ System Test Kit

The Thermo Scientific AccelerOme System Test Kit provides control reagents for installation and QC of the AccelerOme Automated Sample Prep System.

The AccelerOme System Test Kit is required for installation of the AccelerOme Automated Sample Prep System. The kit contains a matrix buffer and peptide quantitation standard to assess the system’s liquid handling reproducibility and accuracy. Additionally, the quantitation standard serves as a quality control standard for the on-board UV spectrophotometer. The system test kit may also be used for troubleshooting and routine instrument calibration.

The AccelerOme integrated system provides robust proteomic mass spec sample preparation. The instrument hardware is built on a proven liquid handling format for reproducible sample processing and optimized on-line μSPE sample clean-up for excellent peptide recovery. Peptide quantitation post-clean-up is achieved through accurate UV spectrophotometric analysis to determine peptide concentrations prior to LC-MS analysis. The complete system (kits + reagents + software) was designed to provide high quality peptides while improving productivity with an easy-to-use automated system.
