TrueMark™ Enteric Bacterial Select Amplification Control II

The TrueMark Enteric Bacterial Select Amplification Control II contains a linearized multi-target plasmid for the following targets: Vibrio (V. parahaemolyticus, V. vulnificus, and V. cholerae), Yersinia enterocolitica, Plesiomonas shigelloides, Aeromonas (A. hydrophila, A. caviae, A. dhakensis), and Bacillus atrophaeus.

This amplification control has a concentration of 1 x 10⁵ copies/µL. It can be used as a positive control for TrueMark Enteric Bacterial Select Panel II-specific amplification or as a stand-alone sample to verify assay performance and help with troubleshooting.
