Using anti-LC3B and the Click-iT® technology autophagy detected and glycoproteins labeled in HeLa cells
Cell proliferation detected with Click-iT® EdU and counter stained with anti-LC3B and a goat anti-rabbit Alexa Fluor® 647 secondary antibody.
Proliferating cells labeled in vivo with the Click-iT® EdU assay.
Multicolor imaging with Click-iT® EdU. Muntjac cells pulsed with EdU, fixed and permed. Labeled DNA detected using Click-iT® EdU Alexa Fluor® 647 kit (Cat no. C10085). Tubulin (in blue) is labeled with a mouse primary followed by Alexa Fluor® 350 goat anti–mouse IgG antibody. Golgi (in green) is labeled with Alexa Fluor® 488 conjugate of lectin HPA, and peroxisomes (in orange) are labeled with a rabbit primary followed by Alexa Fluor® 555 donkey anti–rabbit IgG antibody.
