El kit de citometría de flujo FluoReporter™ lacZ proporciona materiales y protocolos para la medición βde la actividad de la galactosidasa con fluoresceína di-V-galactoside (FDG) en células individuales mediante citometría de flujo. Este kit viene acompañado de una licencia para practicar técnicas patentadas para cargar FDG por shock hipotónico y mejorar la retención de fluoresceína en células positivas a lacZ.
Para uso exclusivo en investigación. No apto para uso en procedimientos diagnósticos.

Contiene 1 vial de FDG (0,5 ml, 20 mm en agua/DMSO/etanol, 8:1:1, v/v), 1 vial de PETG (2,0 ml, 50 mm en agua), difosfatos de cloroquina (1,0 ml, 30 mm en agua) y 1 vial de yoduro de propidio (1,0 ml, 150 µm en agua).

Almacenar en el congelador (de – 5 a – 30 °C) y proteger de la luz.
