This buffer is widely used in molecular biology, biochemistry and chromatography. Useful in conjunction with Sodium Phosphate, dibasic in the preparation of biological buffers. Used in many applications including the purification of antibodies. It is used for a variety of cell culture applications, such as washing cells before dissociation, transporting cells or tissue, diluting cells for counting, and preparing reagents.
