The PureLink™ HiPure Expi Plasmid Plasmid Purification Kits enable isolation of the highest levels of transfection-grade plasmid DNA from a single E. coli prep using an enhanced anion exchange resin. The PureLink™ HiPure Plasmid Plasmid Purification Kits also include vacuum filtration columns that provide bacterial filtration without centrifugation, enabling extremely fast process times. The PureLink™ HiPure Expi Plasmid Plasmid Purification Kits typically isolate 12 mg of high quality, ultrapure plasmid DNA with inherently low endotoxin levels from 2.5 L of bacterial culture.

HiPure Expi anion exchange chromatography for plasmid purification

PureLink™ HiPure Expi plasmid purification kits use a novel, proprietary anion-exchange resin to enable the purification of the highest levels of transfection-grade plasmid DNA. The enhanced resin combines large capacity with fast flow rate, high resolution, and efficient endotoxin removal. Plasmid preparations are typically completed in less than 2 hours with purity equal to two CsCl gradients. PureLink™ HiPure Expi plasmid purification kits enable the quickest process for obtaining the highest amount of transfection-grade plasmid DNA.
