Description

The PureLink® HQ Mini Plasmid DNA Purification Kit is designed to yield high amounts of high-quality plasmid DNA for use in mammalian cell transfections (Figure 1), restriction enzyme digestion, PCR, automated sequencing, and transformation. Up to 60 µg of a high-copy number plasmid DNA can be isolated in 40 minutes (Figure 2). Pure, supercoiled plasmid DNA is eluted in elution buffer or water without the need for alcohol precipitation or desalting.

The PureLink® HQ Mini Plasmid DNA Purification Kit includes sufficient PureLink® columns, collection tubes, elution tubes, and reagents for 100 purifications. Store components at room temperature. Store Resuspension Buffer after addition of RNase A at +4°C. All reagents are guaranteed stable for 6 months when properly stored.
