Pre-Weigh Plate Count Agar is equivalent to the medium recommended by the APHA1and the PHLS2 for the plate count of microorganisms in food, milk and other dairy products. It is part of a range of our most frequently used and well-characterized dehydrated culture media which is now available in handy pre-weighed foil packages.
