PXS20 - 130kV Microfocus X-ray Sources

Thermo Scientific™ PXS20 - 130kV Microfocus X-ray Sources combine consistent spot-to-window spacing, powerful geometric magnification, and stable, high-intensity output to meet demanding industrial imaging and non-destructive testing challenges. They enable precise imaging of dense EV (electric vehicle) battery cells and are also used routinely for PCBA (printed circuit board assembly), electronic component inspection, and a range of specialist applications. The PXS20 X-ray Source is digitally controlled and shares the same form factor as the PXS10, allowing compatibility with existing installations and applications. Two different beam angle designs are available to match field of view to application requirements.
