QuantiGene Lysis Mixture is used to lyse cells from cell culture or whole blood, in order to release target RNA to be quantified with QuantiGene assays. QuantiGene Lysis Mixture is one of two components in the QuantiGene Sample Processing kits for cells and whole blood, and is intended to supplement these kits when additional volume is required.
