The Thermo Scientific™ Ramsey™ Model 90-150 Low Capacity Weighbelt Feeder offers highly accurate weighfeeding for light materials such as food and chemicals, at low feed rates. Designed to deliver a consistent flow of even the lightest material, it has a corrosion resistant stainless-steel construction that is quick and easy to clean and maintain. The Model 90-150 accommodates flow rates from as low as 54kg (120lbs) per hour and up to 22,680 kg (50,000lbs) per hour, at belt loadings in the range 3 kg/m (2 lb/ft) to 30 kg/m (20 lb/ft). Paired with the Thermo Scientific™ Ramsey™ Micro-Tech 9105 feeder controller or Thermo Scientific™ Ramsey™ Flex integration solution with third party PID loop it helps to ensure the precise feeding that is critical for blend uniformity and consistent product quality, delivering reduced waste and increased profit.
