This 1000 L Thermo Scientific 5:1 Single-Use Bioreactor (SUB) is water-jacketed and includes AC motor and load cells without display. It is designed using traditional stainless-steel bioreactor principles to ensure optimal cell culture performance. The SUB is a fully functional bioreactor vessel including single-use sterile contact surfaces for mixing, venting, sparging, and temperature sensing. The complete line of SUBs include 50, 100, 250, 500, 1000, and 2000-L sizes that ensure consistent scalability from pilot-scale studies, pre-clinical to commercial production.
