The Matrix Maritime RADspec System detects the covert movement of special nuclear material or weapons through ports or harbors into populated or other areas of concern. Data can be routed to the Thermo Scientific™ ViewPoint™ Enterprise Remote Monitoring System, which provides actionable information and reach-back capability for situational awareness and decision support.

Isotope identification occurs within a matter of seconds, depending on the isotope, the source activity, background conditions and the presence or absence of shielding material.
