  • Formulated for use with immunohistochemical procedures.
  • Peroxidase within red blood cells may be difficult to quench entirely.

For In Vitro Diagnostic use

Staining Protocol:

Hydrogen Peroxide Block may be applied after the sections have been deparaffinized and rehydrated. The application must occur prior to the primary antibody incubation. Incubate tissue section for 10-15 minutes at room temperature or 37°C. After incubation, rinse twice in buffer. For bulk staining, pour Hydrogen Peroxide Block in a covered staining tray and dip slides for 5-10 minutes. Replace with fresh Hydrogen Peroxide Block after 5-10 uses. This step can be performed at the time of deparaffinization.
