Automate the analysis of dissolved gases in transformer insulating oils using the Thermo Scientific™ TRACE™ 1610 GC TOGA Analyzer. The configuration allows the separation of dissolved gases (H₂, O₂, N₂, CO, CO₂, C₁–C₄ light hydrocarbons), including an optional bypass to divert sulfur compounds.

The system is delivered pre-configured and tested to enable fast startup and commissioning. Documentation includes startup procedures, troubleshooting guide, instrument method, and recommended spare parts.

  • TOGAMAC160022: in addition to the above, this system includes integrated bypass to divert sulfur species and sulfur hexafluoride to prevent damage to nickel catalyst.
