Sample-ready plates are designed to provide fast, accurate results in detecting coliform contamination. Sample-ready format eliminates the time-consuming, cumbersome step of preparing media/agar dishes. Preliminary coliform results are available in 6 to 14 hours, with confirmed results in 24 hours. Plates use 75% less energy, 79% less water, produce 75% less greenhouse gases, and result in 66% less waste (by weight and volume) compared to competitive agar methods.
