Locator™ Plus Liquid Nitrogen Level Monitor

Minimized liquid nitrogen evaporation with the Thermo Scientific™ Locator™ Plus Liquid Nitrogen Level Monitor, for use with Locator Plus Cryobiological Storage Systems.

• Ultrasonic device eliminates contact with LN₂ to reduce conduction and LN₂ evaporation.
• LED panel gives at-a-glance reading of liquid nitrogen levels.
• Low level indicator flashes when volume drops to 2 in. (5.1cm); indicator flashes and audible alarm activates when volume falls below safe range of approximately 1 in. (2.5cm).
• Continuous alarm sounds in the event of excessive liquid nitrogen loss; can be connected to building alarm system to provide remote warning of vacuum failure.
• Unit is mounted directly on vessel lid and never contacts the liquid nitrogen.
