The GeneChip Fluidics Station 450Dx v.2 is a component of the GeneChip System (GCS) 3000Dx v.2. The GCS 3000Dx v.2 is the first microarray platform that is regulatory cleared for diagnostic use in the United States, Europe, and is registered in multiple other countries.

The GCS 3000Dx v.2 is a robust microarray platform for clinical applications. It is the only FDA-cleared, IVDR-compliant microarray system for RNA- and DNA-based clinical tests.

Take the proven path to market
The GCS 3000Dx v.2 consists of the GeneChip Scanner 3000Dx v.2, the GeneChip Fluidics Station 450Dx v.2, and a workstation with GeneChip Data Collection (GCDC) Dx Software. GCDC Dx Software provides an intuitive user interface that is designed to meet the needs of the diagnostic lab, ensure patient privacy, and meet the regulatory requirements for a Class II Medical Device.

The GCS 3000Dx v.2 is the foundation of the Applied Biosystems clinical toolkit, which includes cGMP-manufactured microarrays. Clinical partners can also obtain design and development support from us for the commercialization of their own cleared diagnostic products under our partnership program.
