What should I do if the centrifuge is still running even though the time remaining is 0:00 at the final spin of the Ion OneTouch 2?
The "time remaining" is not entirely accurate. The centrifuge may keep rotating for about 15 minutes after the time has become 0:00. If it rotates for more than 15 minutes, please contact Technical Support.

What should I do if gas leaks from the Ion OneTouch DL after I open the gas main?
Please check the following:
1) That the connection tube between Ion OneTouch DL is not loose
2) That the outlet of the gas tank regulator is at 30 psi
If the tube is not loose and the regulator value is correct, please pull the valve (the gold ring) behind the Ion OneTouch DL straight down a couple of times.
If the pressure is too high, you will need to make adjustments. For details, please contact Technical Support.
