Dexamethasone, 10 mM in DMSO

This solution contains 10 mM dexamethasone in DMSO. Dexamethasone is an anti-inflammatory glucocorticoid used as a supplement in hepatocyte cell culture. This product is available as a separate component for the purposes of supplementing William's E Medium, no phenol red (Cat. No. A1217601) for the maintenance of human spheroid-qualified hepatocytes in 3D.
