Sodium Cyclamate is an artificial sweetener and is 30 times as saccharose's. It is widely used in pickles, seasoning sauce, cakes, biscuits, bread, ice cream, frozen sucker, popsicles, drinks and so on, with a maximum amount of 0.65g/kg. Secondly, it is used in confect, with a maximum amount of 1.0g/kg. Thirdly, it is used in orange peel, preserved plum, dried arbutus and so on, with the largest amount of 8.0g/kg. It is also used in cosmetics and pharmaceutical industry.

Aplicaciones
El ciclamato de sodio es un edulcorante artificial 30 superior a la sacarosa.′ Se utiliza ampliamente en encurtidos, salsa de condimentos, tartas, galletas, pan, helado, polos, bebidas, etc., con una cantidad máxima de 0,65 g/kg. En segundo lugar, se utiliza en dulces, con una cantidad máxima de 1,0 g/kg. En tercer lugar, se utiliza en la cáscara de naranja, la ciruela en conserva, el madroño seco, etc., con una cantidad máxima de 8,0 g/kg. También se emplea en la industria cosmética y farmacéutica.

Soluble en agua (>= 10 g/100 ml a 20 °C).
