CTS™ Xenon™ MultiShot Electroporation Cartridge

The CTS Xenon MultiShot Electroporation Cartridge is for use with the Xenon Electroporation System. The single-use cartridge has an electroporation chamber made of Tritan™ MX711 copolyester with gold-plated electrodes and is sterilized by gamma irradiation. It can process 1 x 10⁸ to 2.5 x 10⁹ T cells in 5–25 mL of sample volume. The MultiShot cartridge enables electroporation in a closed system with the flexibility of sterile welding to either PVC or CFlex™ tubing. Promising electroporation conditions that have been optimized in the Neon Transfection System can be scaled to the Xenon Electroporation System without sacrificing performance.
