The Invitrogen eBioscience Immune Response T Cell Receptor Signaling Kit is comprised of positive control stimulation reagents, buffers, viability dye, antibodies, and compensation beads used to stimulate and detect phosphorylation of CD247 (CD3 zeta) on tyrosine 142 (Tyr142) in human T cells by flow cytometry.

The eBioscience Immune Response T Cell Receptor Signaling Kit features include:
Bright—unique spectral fingerprint designed to provide the brightest signal for flow cytometry experiments
Convenient—complete kit packaged in single-use vials for ease of use and to enable stability performance over time
Accurate—extensive validation and protocol optimization for consistent results

How it works
In cells with compromised membranes, the viability dye reacts with free amines both in the cell interior and on the cell surface, yielding intense fluorescent staining. Second-generation beads provide positive and negative populations that interact with the provided panel of fluorochrome-conjugated antibodies yielding a comprehensive evaluation of T-cell response.

Stimulation, fixation, permeabilization, and staining are performed in 96-well, round-bottom plates. Alternatively, cells may be cultured in bulk and transferred to 12 x 75 mm test tubes.
