The Gibco CTS Rotea Full Flow Single-Use Kit is part of the CTS Rotea Counterflow Centrifugation System. The kit has been validated to operate within the full system flow rate range of 6–150 mL/min. It can be used to perform a wide range of cell processing steps, including wash & concentrate, separation, isolation, and more. The single-use kit provides flexibility for process development and easily supports commercial-scale manufacturing. The kit is compatible with sterile luer connectors or thermal welding.
Tubing material: DEHP-free PVC
Tube dimensions: 4 mm OD, 2.4 mm ID
Pump tube material: PharmaPure
Kits are gamma-irradiated and individually packaged.
