CD19: According to the literature this antibody recognizes the CD19 B cell differentiation antigen. This antigen is expressed on B cells throughout their development but is not expressed on terminally differentiated plasma cells. CD19 acts as a coreceptor for B cell activation.α: These fragments recognize B-cells expressing IgA.μ: These fragments recognize B-cells expressing IgM.
