Digi-Trax™ ISBT 128 Cellular Therapy Labels are perforated to allow for folding and splitting of labels. The ribbon/label combination is designed to remain legible under harsh laboratory conditions such as water baths, freezing, and bleach disinfectants.
- Special care must be taken when applying to frozen products as the recommended minimum application temperature from adhesive manufacturers is 32°F (0°C)
- Labels will remain serviceable from 200°F (93°C) to cryogenic temperatures starting at -80°C once properly applied to an acceptable surface
- Supplies are sold and shipped in cases that have been designed for use with certified Zebra Desktop ZD and G Series bar code label cellular therapy printers
- Each case contains a matched quantity of labels and ribbons to eliminate waste
- Synthetic label material has been laboratory tested and matched with special resin ink ribbons to meet rigorous standards required as per the ISBT-128 compliant print specifications
- Label material meets durable print standards set forth in the FDA Guidelines
- Durable thermal transfer ink image printing will remain legible under harsh laboratory conditions
- Adhesives offer good resistance to U.V., plasticizers, and water
- Testing each individual application is recommended
