Aplicaciones
Se han sintetizado ocho bisamidas y tetramidas macrocíclicas mediante reacción de dimetilpiridina-2,6-dicarboxilato (1) con α,ω-diaminoéteres en metanol como disolvente. Polímero de coordinación de plata (I) y complejo de cadmio (II) de nueve coordinados con dimetilpiridina-2,6-dicarboxilato respaldadopor estudios electroquímicos y de estado sólido.

Solubilidad
Soluble en agua (14 g/l) (25 °C). Soluble en cloroformo.

Notas
Almacenar en un lugar fresco. Mantener el recipiente bien cerrado en un lugar seco y bien ventilado. Almacenar lejos de los agentes oxidantes fuertes.
