El kit de ensayo de poros de transición mitocondrial Image-iT™ LIVE proporciona un método probado [Ref. PN36389, PN32679] para medir la apertura de los poros de transición de permeabilidad mitocondrial. El kit incluye una tinción y un desactivador que se cargan fácilmente en las células. En las células sanas, la tinción entra en las mitocondrias, pero no el desactivador. Las mitocondrias permanecen fluorescentes hasta que la activación de los poros mitocondriales permite la desactivación de la fluorescencia.
Para uso exclusivo en investigación. No apto para uso en procedimientos diagnósticos.
