To perform and review Standard Regression Analysis for PK Studies and an Immune Response Analysis for ADA we recommend the following:

PK Studies:
Import raw results.
Perform Standard Regression Analysis to calculate the calibration curve and regression parameters.
Use a Run Acceptance Template to verify run acceptance criteria.
Review the Curve, Standards, and QCs. Flag ALQ and BLQ samples, and tag samples for re-assay if needed.
Save the form.
A second user reviews and accepts the results.

ADA Studies:
Follow a similar process as PK studies.
Perform Immune Response Analysis.

Does Watson LIMS Software manage multiple aliquots of the same sample?

Watson LIMS Software manages multiple aliquots, called splits, of the same sample. This can be done both manually and by importing information through spreadsheet files.

Which file formats are available for results export (e.g .xml, .xls, .csv) in Watson LIMS Software?

You can use the Export function to export all data in the Explorer to one of the following formats: Excel, CSV, Rich Text Format, PDF and single web page file.

Can Watson LIMS Software do a check sum of the content of the export file?

For files exported by Watson LIMS Software, the system cannot add a checksum.
For files exported by another system to be imported by Watson LIMS, the ability of the system to add a checksum depends.
- Watson LIMS supports, through Integration Manager, the SOFT-interface (Secure Open-standard File Transfer) which works with Digital Signatures, which is more secure than a checksum. Currently, only a limited number of suppliers support this format. For build-in interfaces, no file validation is performed.
- For other interfaces implemented via Integration Manager a file verification is not standard, but can be added; this requires further input and collaboration from the instrument vendor.

Can Watson LIMS Software use LDAP / Single Sign On as authentication mechanism?

Watson LIMS Software can use LDAP and SSO for authentication.
