Steriking™ TYVEK Roll

STERIKING™ LT-Blueline Heat Sealable rolls have been developed for packaging material for medical devices requiring low-temperature (hydrogen peroxide, EO and FO gases) and irradiation sterilization in health care establishments.

• Constructed with the Strongest medical style Tyvek™ 1073B (75g/m2) and a 9 layer film for extra protection, the packaging provides a superior bacterial barrier and protection with moisture resistance. 
• Process Indicators - Water based inks that are in compliance with ISO 11140-1. Clearly contrasting colour changes make it easy to distinguish between processed and unprocessed products.
• Recommended sealing temperature for final closing is 120-130°C (248-266°F) depending on pressure and time. 
• Manufacturer Traceability - Each package carries a lot code that allows traceability of the production history. The code states the year and month (YYMM).
• Strong Seals - The seal strength of Steriking™ packages are higher than the standard requirements. This eliminates bursting during autoclaving and handling.
• Compliant with international norms and standards: ISO 11607-1:2019, ISO 11607-2:2019, EN 868-5:2009 and are manufactured under ISO 13485, ISO 14001. CE mark is labelled on the transport cartons.
• Sealed Edges - Heat-sealed upper corners prevent dust from collecting at the opening seal which reduces the risk of contamination when opened.
• Safe print design - All the indicators and text imprints are outside the packing area to avoid the risk of ink contamination.
