PCR SuperMix is a ready-to-use mixture of DNA polymerase, salts, magnesium, and dNTPs for efficient PCR amplification. All you have to do is add template and primers, reducing set-up time by half (Figure 1).
PCR SuperMix contains recombinant Taq DNA polymerase for routine PCR of fragments up to 5 kb.
