• Offers excellent, nuclease-free performance
• Phenol is supplied premixed with Chloroform:Isoamyl Alcohol (25:24:1)
• Supplied at pH 6.7 for special, lower pH DNA extractions; for most DNA applications, the alkaline buffer (included) should be added to produce a pH of 8.0
