MagniSort™ Mouse CD11b Positive Selection Kit

The MagniSort™ Mouse CD11b Positive Selection Kit is designed for the magnetic separation of CD11b+ cells by positive selection. It has been optimized for the isolation of CD11b+ cells from mouse bone marrow cells or splenocytes utilizing a biotinylated Anti-Mouse CD11b antibody and streptavidin-coated magnetic beads. Please refer to the MagniSort™ Mouse CD11b Positive Selection Protocol for specific optimal conditions for isolating CD11b+ cells from either of these two tissues. CD11b+ cells are bound by antibody and then magnetic beads. When placed in a magnetic field, the undesired cells can be separated from CD11b+ cells by decanting.

After positive selection, the purity of selected cells can be verified by staining with Anti-Mouse CD11b, clone M1/70.
